PERSONNEL EVALUATION SYSTEM REFLECTING SAFETY ACHIEVEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel evaluation system for directly and quantitatively reflecting a safety achievement of a department concerned on personnel evaluation of a person in charge of managing the department concerned in order to improve safety management in a company more. SOLUTION: This personnel evaluation system is managed by a server connected to an intranet. The server calculates a personal percentage of the number of calamities in each department concerned in a company from the number of inputted enrolled employees of each department concerned and the number of inputted calamities and stores the personal percentage of the number of calamities every year. The server calculates a basic result point η by a predetermined function η (Y/Y0, Y/Y1) from an improvement rate Y/Y0 being a ratio of the personal percentage of the number of calamities of the year to the personal percentage Y0 of the number of calamities of last year and a contribution rate Y/Y1 being a ratio of the personal percentage of the number of calamities of the department concerned to the personal percentage Y1 of the number of calamities of the entire company on the basis of accumulated statistical data and defines the basic result point η as a safety achievement of the person in charge of managing the department concerned.
