METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NI-FE ALLOY COATED STEEL SHEET FOR SHIELDING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a Ni-Fe alloy coated steel sheet for shielding electromagnetic wave by plating a cold rolled steel sheet with Ni-Fe alloy. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of forming a Ni-Fe alloy plated layer on the both sides of a cold rolled steel sheet in the thickness of 1 μm to 1 mm; and heating the Ni-Fe alloy coated cold rolled steel sheet at 750 to 1100 deg.C for 1 to 300 min. The Ni-Fe alloy coated cold rolled steel sheet shows a shielding capacity of higher than 20 dB against electromagnetic wave of 10 to 100 Hz.
