<p>A method of assessing culture of an organization and making improvements thereon is described. The method includes the steps of collecting (301) responses from members of the organization, compiling (609) the responses into an analyzable data format, and determining (303) themes or issues in the compiled data. The method may also include the steps of determining appropriate actions corresponding to the identified themes or issues, implementing (909) the identified actions on the organization, and assessing (309, 907) an effect of the implementation on the organization. In addition, the method may also include the step of determining one or more corrective actions when the implementation has not be effective.
