Predicting risk of transplant rejection by detecting presence of autoantibodies (Ab) to the AT1 receptor (I) in a patient sample, is new. The presence of Ab being indicative of risk. An Independent claim is also included for an immunological test kit for the process comprising (I) or its functionally analogous peptide or protein.
