METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE

FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: venous-aortal anastomosis is applied, then cannula is introduced through lateral venous wall into the lumen of coronary artery. Under conditions of retained circulation a venous-coronary anastomosis is applied. Cannula is removed through lateral venous wall. An opening is sutured. The method enables to apply anastomosis at retained myocardial circulation of shunted artery. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 dwg
