FIELD: display with flat screen; modified device for control of rotation around axis of display with flat screen. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes fixed frame with holes formed in each opposite side surface, pair of vertical rotation shafts inserted in one of holes found in fixed frame; each of them is provided with pin axially projecting from its end, vertical rotation support located on each opposite side of fixed frame and provided with hole receiving one of pins projecting axially from respective vertical rotation shafts, horizontal rotation shaft immovably secured in lower portion of fixed frame, support body supporting the horizontal rotation shaft and cover of housing secured to support body. Device ensures effective regulation of angle of horizontal rotation and vertical rotation of screen section of display. EFFECT: possibility of horizontal and vertical regulation minimizing state with unbalanced weight; enhanced observation. 13 cl, 10 dwg
