PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficiently carrying out the disinfection and cleaning of a dialysate supply channel and a dialysate discharge channel and of safely executing the supply of a dialysate through the dialysate supply channel after disinfection and cleaning in a dialysate circulation instrument. SOLUTION: The dialysate circulation instrument is comprised of a linking channel 40 linking a dialysate supply channel 10 and a dialysate discharge channel 12 in a state of allowing a liquid to flow, and cleaning agent supply mechanisms 44, 48 and 50 supplying a prescribed cleaning agent to the linking channel 40 by supplying the cleaning agent to the dialysate discharge channel 10 through the linking channel 40 with a dialysate supply channel 10 and the dialysate discharge channel 12 linked by the linking channel 40.
