<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mud splashed by a front wheel from proceeding to a steering shaft supporting bearing when raising the rear end of a front fender. SOLUTION: This scooter type vehicle 10 is a motorcycle comprising a front frame part 23 raised up from the front part of a center frame 22 for supporting a footrest 14, a head pipe 24 provided on the front frame part 23, a steering shaft 93 rotatably mounted on the head pipe through bearings 91 and 92 to steer the front wheel 96 by the steering shaft 93, and a front fender 97 arranged above the front wheel 96. A mudguard member 100 is arranged on the front frame part 23 in an upper position than the rear end 97b of the front fender 97. The mud splashed by the front wheel 96 can be prevented from proceeding to the bearings 91 and 92.</p> |
