PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the combination of a CR lending machine with a game machine not conformable to CR, for example, a cash pachinko machine or pachinko slot machine. SOLUTION: A ball lending device 10 as game medium lending device comprises a housing separately formed from a pachinko machine 9. The ball lending device 10 comprises a medium delivery means for delivering pachinko balls, a CR communication means for performing a CR lending communication with the CR medium lending machine, and a medium delivery control means for controlling the delivery of game mediums by the medium delivery means. Since the pachinko machine 9 need not to perform the CR communication, it may not be a CR-conformable machine. The ball lending device 10 is preferably operated according to a lending ball unit price externally instructed by communication. The game medium lending device is applicable also to pachinko slot machines as well as pachinko machines. In this case, a medal lending device as game medium lending device performs communication between CR and the CR medium lending device to put out medals.
