PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out more accurate position check by using a radiant X-ray of an X-ray therapeutic apparatus that has been used only for treatment for the generation of an X-ray transmission image for position check. SOLUTION: The X-ray therapeutic apparatus has an X-ray image generation section 9 facing an X-ray radiation section spaced the body of a patient in-between, a position check section 14 providing image processing to an X-ray transmission image generated, and a monitor 16 and computes displacement between a reference image and a real image, moves an isocenter 4 on the basis of the displacement and matches that with an affected site. |
