PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil characterized in that a refill, especially an ink storage pipe consisting of a tube and the like flexes by a writing pressure and the refill can be protected by a rotor so as not to permit a writing part to dive into the tip of a barrel and further, the refill is prevented from being one-sidedly worn out by the abrasion of the writing part by rotating the refill together with the rotor with another advantage to shorten the overall length of a body part from the tip to the rear end of the barrel without changing the length of the refill itself. SOLUTION: In the refill deliverable writing utensil equipped with a delivering mechanism 3, a piece 8 which is not rotatable but is mountable in the rear end side of a barrel 1, has a claw receiving part and a clip 16 is integrally formed with a part exposed from the barrel 1. Further, a rotor 3-2 having an anchoring claw 13 which is engaged, in a freely attachable/-detachable manner, with the claw receiving part, is of a long-size cylindrical shape extending to at least a spot near the tip side of the barrel 1. The rotor 3-2 has a refill inserting hole 20 formed across the entire length of the rotor 3-2. |
