摘要 PURPOSE: A laser marking device for high speed moving workpiece is provided to drive a laser scanner without stopping a movement of the processing material by detecting correctly a position and a speed of a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A laser marking device is formed with a laser portion(10), a main controller(20), a power supply(30), a DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(40), an encoder(85), and a location control board(100). A laser beam(1) is generated from a light source(4). The laser beam is shifted between a front mirror(2) and a rear mirror(5). A Q-switch(8) is opened by a Q-switch control signal(7) and the laser beam(1) is oscillated to a scan head portion(6). A galvanometer is installed in the inside of the scan head portion(6). A reflective angle of the laser beam(1) is controlled by a main controller(20) and the DSP(40). Objective marking coordinates are stored in the location control board(100). A processing material(90) and a conveyer belt(80) are installed at a lower side of the laser scan head portion(6). An encoder(85) is used for detecting a position and a speed of a workpiece(90). The location control board(100) outputs a marking start signal to the DSP(40).
