PURPOSE: A daily estimated weight change checking method and obesity control system is provided to calculate a standardized weight loss target and a daily estimated weight change, and to offer the calculated data to a member over a wired or wireless internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of receiving a height, a weight and an age from a member, calculating a standard weight based on the received data, calculating a weekly weight loss by using an equation of (standard weight - input weight) * 0.2, offering a standardized weight loss target for a period according to a personal obesity degree, and converting a difference between a daily caloric intake and a caloric consumption into a weight for estimating a daily weight change. The input data and processed result data are stored at a database, and the standardized, planned and real weight loss data can be graphically compared on a user terminal. |
