PURPOSE: To provide a directivity controller for controlling a directivity pattern, with which radio wave intensity is selectively weakened mutually to a plurality of radio terminals overlapped timewisely in the case of controlling the directivity pattern. CONSTITUTION: Incoming directions are estimated by 1st to Mth incoming direction estimating parts 1111-111M corresponding to 1st to Mth users and stored on a database 113 together with data 117 containing 1st to Mth data transmitting velocities R1-RM on down channels. The database 113 is divided to two groups with the prescribed threshold of data transmitting velocity as a boundary and while defining data in the groups of a little total number as null generating direction candidates, data 118 are inputted to 1st to Mth transmitting directivity pattern control parts 1121-112M. When generating a transmitting directivity pattern corresponding to each of users, a prescribed number of null generating directions are selected out of the data 118 of the null generating direction candidates. By determining the null generating direction out of the groups of a little total number, the effect of an efficient adaptive antenna is provided by the concentrated direction of null.
