PURPOSE: A cover structure of a cylinder head for a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce the noise caused by the vibration generated in the cylinder head and a valve train system. CONSTITUTION: In a cylinder head cutting off an oil scattered to the outside of the supplied oil to a valve train system during driving an engine while mounting components of valve train system to the upper side of the cylinder head, a portion of a convex part(12c) of a head cover(12) positioned at the edge part of the head cover is cut and a plastic cover part(14) is connected to the portion through the medium of a connection bolt(14a). Thereby, the noise caused by the vibration generated in the cylinder head and the valve train system is reduced.
