PURPOSE: Front pillar structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent a front pillar inner panel from being separated from a front pillar outer panel, and to protect passengers safely by improving the rigidity of the front pillar with a front door checker bracket and a door checker reinforcing bracket. CONSTITUTION: A front pillar of a vehicle is composed of a front pillar inner panel(11) combined with a front pillar outer panel(12); a front door checker bracket(14) contacted to the front pillar outer panel and the front pillar inner panel; and a door checker reinforcing bracket(15) inserted between the front pillar inner panel and the front door checker bracket. The front pillar inner panel, the front door checker bracket and the door checker reinforcing bracket are assembled by plural assembling members(16). The rigidity of the front pillar is improved with the front door checker bracket and the door checker reinforcing bracket. Passengers are protected by preventing the front pillar inner panel from being separated from the front pillar outer panel at a collision during traveling.
