The invention relates to a sealing web for constructions, for example for the basement of a residential building. Said sealing web comprises a sealing film (1) that is provided on both sides with an adhesive layer (2, 3). Said adhesive layer (2) is covered by a superimposed separating layer (4) that can be peeled off for application of the sealing web. The other adhesive layer (3) is covered with a peel-off protective layer (5) which can be a plastic film with a thickness of 200 to 600 mu m.
