PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for a good sleep which has an excellent air- permeability and promises a comfortable, good sleep by a stone to cool the head. SOLUTION: The pillow for a good sleep is equipped with the following parts: A pair of end boards 2 are opposed each other by a beam member 1. A plurality of strips of kite string 6 are placed in a tensioned manner and in parallel with each other between at least the upper periphery of the pair of the end boards 2. A plurality of flat, rectangular plate-shaped, stone pieces 4, made of a natural stone or ceramics, have cuts 5 to thread the kite string 6 therethrough at the both ends. A plurality of groups 7 of stone pieces are formed by beading the stone pieces 4 on the kite string 6 between the pair of the end boards 2.
