SOLUTION: Plural cutting edges 26 are projected from a circumferential surface of a driving blade roll 25 at equal pitches P2 with which tip edge portions 26a adjacent to each other do not simultaneously contact with laver M1, and in an arranging state intersecting a rotating axis O-O of the driving blade roll 25 at a fixed angle θ. |
