PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organism material with excellent strength and flexibility, which can use a crab's tendon in a condition keeping the shape. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of an organism material containing chitin not lower than 30 mass% by treating a crab's tendon by alkali for deproteinization and then by alcohol for degreasing. The organism material containing chitosan not lower than 80 mass% can be obtained by treating a crab's tendon by alkali for deproteinization and then by alcohol for degreasing to obtain chitin and further treating the chitin by alkali for deacetylation. The chitosan obtained by treating a crab's tendon as stated above is alternately dipped in calcium solution and phosphoric acid solution to deposit calcium phosphate on the chitosan surface also to obtain the organism material. |
