PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle for high lift work allowing a stable high lift work by reducing the lateral swing of a lifting device formed of at least one flat link mechanism vertically extending from the upper side of the deck along one plane. SOLUTION: In this swing preventing structure of the vehicle for high lift work, the lifting devices 130 and 140 are disposed on the deck 121 in x and y directions orthogonal to each other, and stop plates 210 and recessed rails 220 of a recessed rail type connection part 200 are fitted to each other through rails so as to connect a working bucket 150 to an elevator 160 in the vehicle for high lift work 100 in which the working bucket 150 and the elevator 160 are liftably supported on the lifting devices 130 and 140 formed by arranging two scissors link mechanisms parallel with each other on the deck 121.
