<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional cement mortar that it ruptures by receiving thermal stress caused by abrupt heating, for example the surface temperature is abruptly raised to 700 deg.C, and to provide a method for producing the rupture resistant cement mortar. SOLUTION: This rupture resistant cement mortar is obtained by throwing cellulose fibers into water, and after uniformly dispersing them, cement and fine aggregate are thrown therein and mixed to obtain the rupture resistant cement mortar containing cellulose fiber 5 and mainly composed of fine aggregate 2 dispersed in cement 1. In the cement mortar of this invention, even when abruptly heated and received thermal stress, the steam pressure generated from internal moisture in the cement mortar distributes in the arrow mark 6 direction via an escape way formed by e.g. carbonized cellulose fiber 5' so as to prevent the cement mortar from being ruptured from inside thereof.</p> |
