PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply release a core die for molding a groove and an outer frame for molding the sidewall of a grooving block, in a form for molding the groove block having a groove. SOLUTION: The core die 20 is rotatably pivotally secured to a base 30, the die 20 is jumped up to an upper side, and is released from the groove 5A of the grooving block 5. A link arm 31 is pivotally secured to the die 20, and a slide plate 33 is slid along the base 30 of the form 10 by the arm 31 in cooperation with the rotating operation of the die 20. Guide grooves 44 are formed on the plate 32, and engaging pins 45 to be engaged with the grooves 44 are fixed to the side frame 12 of the outer frame 11. Thus, when the die 20 is rotated to be released, the plate 33 is moved, and the frame 12 of the frame 11 is moved to the outside by the grooves 44, and the form is opened.
