PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacing and to save a running cost by preventing a cutting edge of round edge from wearing in a cutting device for cloth using the rotating round edge. SOLUTION: An air motor is used as a rotation driving motor 17 of a round edge 10, and the round edge 10 is rotated at a high speed of 13000 rpm. Therefore, even round edge 10 lowering in sharpness can be continuously used.
