PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood-collecting needle, with which there is no danger to damage of filter by the attachment/detachment or the like of a blood- collecting tube and a flashback is speedily and easily confirmed. SOLUTION: A blood-collecting needle 1 is composed of a transparent or semitransparent hub 2 having a hole through in the axial direction, a needle tube 3 inserted to the hole on the hub 2 and respectively extended from the distal end side and proximal end side of the hub 2, an elastic cap connecting member 4, which is a hollow tube body, inserted from the proximal end side of the hub 2 to a space between the hub 2 and the needle tube 3 extended from the proximal end side, an elastic cap 5, which is attached on the proximal end side of the elastic cap connecting member 4, capable of storing the needle tube 3 extended from the proximal end side of the hub 2 and a blade tip 331, an air ventilating path 6 for communicating the inside of the elastic cap 5 formed from the needle tube 3, the hub 2 and the elastic cap connecting member 4 through a filter 7 to the external atmosphere and the filter 7 provided inside the air ventilating path 6 and a notched part 31 is formed on at least one part of the needle tube 3 arranged in the hole of the hub 2.
