PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable massager with low noise without invading of foreign matters such as shavings into gear grooves, etc. SOLUTION: This massager is equipped with a massaging element constituting part A, a massaging element rotating part B, a massaging element pushing out/in part C, and a drive part D. The massaging element rotating part B is constituted of gears 7, 8 for the first and second massaging elements, a frame 10, and a hole 11 for pushing out/in the massaging elements. The massaging element constituting part A is constituted of first and second center shafts 12, 13 and first and second massaging elements 2a, 2b pushed out/in through the hole 11 for pushing out/in the massaging elements. The massaging element pushing out/in part C is constituted of first and second center shafts 12, 13 and first and second massaging elements 2a, ab to be pushed out/in through the hole 11 for pushing out/in the massaging elements. The massaging element pushing out/in part C is constituted of a gear with a cam with a swollen cam 22 rotated around the central position as the axis center to repeat pressing and releasing against an elastic body 20 to linearly reciprocate the center shafts formed on the surface. The drive part D is constituted so as to transfer rotation to the gears for the first and second massaging elements 7, 8 and the gear 27 with a cam by the rotation shaft 30 rotated by the drive source 3.
