PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method processing a trim generated at trimming of a corrugated cardboard sheet, capable of certainly and efficiently processing a special trim that is hard to be sucked to a trim chuter, in a corrugated machine. SOLUTION: A slitter of a slitter scorer 2 cuts a corrugated cardboard web 1 supplied from a corrugating line in a travelling direction, and trims unnecessary parts of both side end parts in a width direction of the corrugated cardboard web 1. The special trim 6a that is generated by trimming of the corrugated cardboard web 1 and larger than specified width is led to the outside of the corrugating line by a guide means 20. The special trim 6a led by the guide means 20 is certainly subjected to cut processing in a chip processing device 61.
