PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating livestock wastewater is provided which is capable of treating livestock wastewater inexpensively and easily by drying the bubbled waste water after bubbling livestock wastewater, and has a small installation space. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) for treating livestock wastewater comprises a treating tank(20) an upper part of which is opened, in which a space where livestock wastewater is contained is secured, and at one side of which a bubble discharging hole is formed; a livestock waste water supply part(10) for supplying pretreated livestock wastewater into the treating tank; a pump(30) for pumping up the livestock wastewater supplied to the treating tank to the upper part of the treating tank; an injection nozzle(40) for forming bubbles by injecting the livestock wastewater onto the water surface of the livestock wastewater of the treating tank after receiving the livestock wastewater pumped up by the pump; a bubble removing part(50) for removing some of bubbles formed to a certain thickness on the water surface of the livestock wastewater of the treating tank from the water surface of the livestock wastewater of the treating tank; and a bubble drying part(60) for drying the bubbles by supplying heat to the bubbles removed by the bubble removing part.
