PURPOSE: A flashing device and a vertical sports implement using the same are provided to improve an appearance of the sports implement by virtue of the flashing operation of plural light emitting elements using induced electro motive force, thus stimulating an exercise desire of a user. CONSTITUTION: The flashing device(80) for turning on and off a plurality of light emitting elements by using an induced electro-motive force generated during a vertical movement of a vertical sports implement(10) comprises a cylindrical hollow case, a cover for sealing the upper and lower openings of an inner passage of the case, a permanent magnet movably inserted in the inner passage, a spring member installed to the lower end of the inner passage for increasing an elasticity of the magnet, and an induction coil wound around the case so as to be electrically connected with a plurality of light emitting elements(70) arranged in parallel.
