METHOD FOR MODELING HUMAN TECTORIAL TISSUES

FIELD: medicine, sports medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with an impact of fingertype massage upon biologically active points (BAP) and complex of physical exercises of modeling gymnastics. The impact upon BAP is started from activation of "bladder" points. Then one should perform the modeling of both the form and the volume of tectorial tissues due to the impact upon BAP for correction-requiring areas. Complex of physical exercises should be conducted in standing (firstly) and lying positions. One should begin with exercises directed for flexibility which develop the mobility in joints. The method affects the body as a whole, improves the functional state. It could be used in various patients without any age restrictions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 ex
