PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm seal type differential pressure measuring instrument with enhanced maintainability, capable of providing a breakage alarm signal about a liquid-contact diaphragm. SOLUTION: This diaphragm seal type differential pressure measuring instrument is characterized by having adapter blocks each having a pressure receiving block on one surface thereof in contact with its one surface, adapter diaphragms each being installed on one surface of the adapter block so as to confront a pressure receiving diaphragm and forming a connecting chamber together with the pressure receiving diaphragm while forming an adapter chamber together with the adapter block, adapter liquid-contacting diaphragms each being installed on the other surface of the adapter block and forming an adapter liquid-contacting chamber together with the adapter block, communicating holes each being provided in the adapter block with one end thereof opened to the exterior and causing the adapter chamber to communicate with the liquid-contacting chamber, and second connecting tubes each being installed with one end thereof connected to one end of the connecting tube and the other end connected to a differential pressure measuring instrument body for breakage detection.
