GROUND BORING DEVICE AND ITS BORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform excavation or soil investigation of a stratum of a prescribed position without using water in an inner tube, and to perform the excavation or the soil investigation in low noise by performing the excavation by operation of only rotation in an outer tube. SOLUTION: The excavation is performed by vibrating and rotating a pushing-in member 27 together with a shank rod 14 of a ground boring device 3. Soil is recovered by a sample pipe 36 connected to this pushing-in member 27. The excavation is guided by pushing a guide member 37 arranged on the outer periphery of an excavating member 36 in the ground together with the excavating member 36. Only rotation is transmitted by a rotational driving device 4 to a rotation transmitting member 30 relatively movably arranged in the axial direction on the outer periphery of the shank rod 14. The excavation is performed by pushing an auger casing 31 integrally joined to the rotation transmitting member 30 by a connecting member 32 in the ground while rotating the auger casing 31.
