摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call management system that can manage call contents of a telephone terminal even from a remote place. SOLUTION: In order that a management terminal (5) remotely manages call contents of the telephone terminal (3) via a network (7), the telephone terminal (3) is provided with a data processing means that processes an analog call voice into data and a means that transmits the voice processed into the data by the data processing means to the management terminal via the network on request of the management terminal. Furthermore, the management terminal (5) is provided with a means that transmits a request signal to request the data processed from the voice to the telephone terminal, a reception means that receives the data processed call voice, and a means that reproduces the received speech voice into an analog call voice. Since the telephone call management system is configured to manage the telephone terminal via the network, the management terminal at a remote place can manage call contents of the telephone terminal.
