PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operation button arranged on a display unit also to operate as an eject button, without arranging the eject button for taking out a storage medium from the loading section in an inside board. SOLUTION: This device comprises the inside board 12 provided with a storage medium loading section, the display unit 21 openably and closably attached so that its opened state allows the inside board 12 to be covered and its closed state allows loading of the storage medium to the storage medium loading section to be performed, and the operation button arranged on the display unit and combining the performance to make storage medium eject with other performance.
