PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler ash removal apparatus where a spray medium injection apparatus can be inserted into a furnace, without forming a hole due to pipe bending in the wall of the furnace in the vicinity of an air introduction hole in an OAP, SAP, and IAP, and so on, and ash adhering to the wall of the furnace around the air introduction hole can be blown off and removed, and further heat of a boiler body can be previously prevented from being lowered. SOLUTION: A soot blower 23 is inserted as an ash removal spray medium injection apparatus into an air inlet hole 36 disposed on a more upper side than a burner in a furnace 1a of a boiler body 1.
