PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit for quasi-fireproof structure that do not require construction work to make it a quasi-fireproof structure on construction site and an unit building. SOLUTION: A building unit for quasi-fireproof structure 2, which is mounted with an exterior wall material 4 on a box-shape steel skeleton, is characterized by a heat shield 5 composed of incombustible heat insulating material installed on each of the gaps between the outer front side and the exterior wall surface material 4 of each of floor beam 32, ceiling beam 33, and the column, and a flame shield material formed by incombustible plate installed on the side surface of the columns that face the space enclosed by the walls.
