SOLUTION: An assessment result of construction machine 10 is inputted into a mobile information transmitting/receiving device 20. The information is transmitted and received at a remote base station 40, so that a used car estimation value of the machine 10 is calculated based on the received information, and history and operation information of the machine 10 is read from predetermined databases 42, 43.
