摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a liquid crystal display device in which a driving circuit having low power consumption is mounted on the same substrate as that of a display part. SOLUTION: A driving circuit supplying a gradation voltage to pixels is mounted on a liquid crystal display panel and display data are transferred with wirings formed on the liquid crystal display panel between the driving circuit and the display panel and the display data are transferred with internal data bus lines in the inside of the driving circuit and a data inverting operation for inverting values of the display data in order to lower power consumption is performed in the inside of the driving circuit.
