PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a communication cost and perform high-response information communication. SOLUTION: This construction machine is provided with a transfer device 16B capable of transferring information to a portable information transmitter 20, a satellite communication device 19 performing satellite communication, and a control device 16A determining whether or not transmitting data by the portable information transmitter 20 in transmitting the data to a base station in a remote area, when it is possible, transferring the data from the transfer device 16B to the portable information transmitting/receiving machine 20 so as to transmit them from the portable information transmitter 20, and when the transmission by the portable information transmitter 20 is impossible, transmitting the data using the satellite communication device 19.
