PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which dirt scorched and stuck on an enamel surface can be easily removed in a short time without necessitating a special device for ashing the scorching, a special glaze excellent in corrosion resistance and chemicals for removing the scorching such as sodium bicarbonate. SOLUTION: This enamel glaze which contains whiskers of aluminium borate by 1 to 30 wt.% is suitable for obtaining an enamel product from which the scorching can be easily removed.
