PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a concrete building material not emitting reflected heat from direct sunshine so as to become effective as a concrete block and so on for constructing curb stones for greening of a building roof, for example. SOLUTION: Charcoal 3 is provided on a concrete block 1 with at least a part of it exposed (rod-state charcoal pieces are filled in hollow parts 2 and 5 flush with an opening face in the fig.), and a charcoal layer (not shown) formed in close contact with crushed charcoal when needed is also provided on a concrete surface on the top or the side of the concrete block 1 exposed to direct sunshine. |
