PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic electroconductive film having excellent particle-trapping properties in fine-pitch connection, and good electroconductive properties. SOLUTION: This anisotropic electroconductive film including an organic binder, particles of a curing agent, having surfaces covered with insulating coating films, and electroconductive particles is regulated so that the average particle diameter of the electroconductive particles may be smaller than the average particle diameter of the particles of the curing agent.
