PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply controller having a reflective sensor, capable of easily eliminating the offset voltage of the light-receiving part of the sensor, and having a good accuracy for detecting human bodies. SOLUTION: The water supply controller comprises a reflective sensor which has a light projecting part for projecting pulse light to a subject according to a pulse light projection signal, a light receiving part for receiving the pulse light reflected from the subject in synchronism with the pulse light projection signal and for integrating the light for output, and a control part for detecting the subject according to the integrated output of the light receiving part; and a water supply control part which sends a control signal to a flow control means. The control part measures the integrated output of the light receiving part while the light projecting part is not operated.
