PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversing guiding device capable of being easily and stably disposed and receiving large tension. SOLUTION: This is the reversing guiding device 20 for wrapping an endless rotating body 19 thereon. In a frame 21, a locking part 23 is formed. In a supporting body 25 of a ring body 30, a U-shape is formed by a lateral plate part 25a and a pair of left and right longitudinal plate parts 25b, parts 25c to be locked engageable to locking parts 23 from an upper side are formed and bearing parts 25d of the ring body 30 are formed in the longitudinal plate parts 25b. By engaging the parts 25c to be locked to the locking parts 23, the supporting body 25 can be disposed on a frame 21 side. By receiving a shaft part 31 of the ring body 30 by the bearing parts 25d, the ring body 30 can be supported by the supporting body 25. By this operation, the reversing guiding device 20 can be easily, quickly and stably disposed.
