<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly give a replay of high quality to a query run through the Internet by getting the most out of the knowledge and experiences that individual members in an organization have. SOLUTION: A query operation support server is provided which has a database with which correspondences between prescribed query items on holding technologies, commodities, services and the like and mail addresses of candidate answers for these items are registered, and has a means that receives the query item from a computer P that gets access to the server through the Internet, retrieves a mail address corresponding to the item from the database, and transmits e-mail describing that the query has been run on the item to the retrieved mail address.</p> |
