PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-water treatment system that can prevent a backflow from a waste-water basin from taking place even if an overflow pipe arrangement is provided to the waste-water basin. SOLUTION: In a waste-water treatment system equipped with an intermediary tank 7 having such a waste-water discharge means (a force-feed pump 8) that exists on the way of a waste-water channel from a waste-water source to waste-water treatment equipment 11 to receive waste water from a waste- water source and to drain inflow water to the waste-water treatment equipment 11, when eater level of the intermediary tank becomes higher than a specified value, not only a pipe arrangement 15 is provided to drain the waste water in the intermediary tank 7 out of the waste-water treatment equipment 11 but also a backflow prevention member (a backflow prevention wall 20) is provided to the pipe arrangement 15.
