PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a matrix array based on various organic conductive matters and a matrix array manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: A photo resist layer patterned to correspond to an anode layer and a pixel matrix is formed on a substrate, a first organic matter layer is formed, a metal cathode layer is deposited, then, the cathode layer and the first organic matter layer under it at a region for other kinds of pixels are removed by laser removal method, and continuously, an organic matter layer of another kind is formed, and again, a metal cathode layer is deposited, and then, the above laser removal process takes place at a region of another kind of pixels, thus, forming of an additional organic matter layer by the number of another kind of pixels and deposition of a cathode layer are repeated. |
