PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil sealed dust core in which any joint failure between a coil and a terminal or insulation failure between the joint and terminal and magnetic powder hardly occur, further miniaturization can be realized, and larger inductance can be obtained, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This coil sealed dust core is comprised of a coil 100 wound with a flat conductor 3, and a dust body 20 made of ferromagnetic metallic particles that an insulation material is coated. Thus, the coil sealed duct core can be further made compact and larger inductance be obtained. A rectangular wire can be used for the flat conductor 3. In addition, a part of the coil 100 can be used as a terminal 200, and in this case, it is effective that the terminal 200 is made larger in width than the other parts of the coil 100. |
