PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the irregularity of printing density caused by the nonuniformity of a toner layer. SOLUTION: This developing device is provided with a bar-like member 31 arranged in a roll state so as to abut on a sponge roller 22. When residual toner on the surface of a developing roller 21 is scraped off by the roller 22, the toner scraped off is peeled to the outside by the member 31 without clogging the inside of the roller 22. Thus, the toner peeling performance of the roller 22 for the roller 21 is kept. |
