PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sort processing device advantageous for providing a high processing speed in processing of data having a large number of sort data. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a comparator 102 for successively comparing each sort data and each of reference data B successively supplied from a reference data supply part 106, an adder 103 for successively ordering the sort data matched with the reference data B in an plurality of sort data as a result of comparison and a cumulative adder 105 for calculating the total number of ordered sort data and the adder 105 adds the total number calculated at a time point when the sort data are ordered, to the number of sort data.
